10-0826 Back / Stomach Hades / Wooden Mount Olympus Water and Theme Park Rider indicates that she sustained back pain after riding roller coaster. Went on to indicate that the rough nature of the ride caused stomach pain due to restraint being forced into her stomach.
10-0825 Back Hades / Wooden Mount Olympus Water and Theme Park Rider indicates back pain after riding roller coaster. Went on to indicate he was in the last row of the roller coaster train.
10-0824 Back Rolling Thunder / Wooden Six Flags Great Adventure Rider indicates rough nature of ride caused back to "pop" various times during ride. Further went on to say that ride felt as if it were going to "rip him apart."
10-0823 Misc. Titan / Steel Six Flags Over Texas Rider indicates that he was struck by a souvenir cup that someone let go of during ride. Indicated he suffered a small welt on the side of his face.
10-0822 Shoulder/Back Boomerang / SLC Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Rider indicates rough nature of ride caused back and shoulder pain. Indicates that backwards portion of ride was, "hell."
10-0821 Neck/Back Ghostrider / Wooden Knott's Berry Farm Rider indicates rough nature of ride caused back and neck pain. Indicated he was sitting in last row of train. Further indicated muscle spasms in his neck lasted 2 days after ride.
10-0820 Back/Blurry Vision Cyclone / Wooden Six Flags New England Rider indicates back pain and blurry vision after riding roller coaster.

Roar / Wooden Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Rider indicates that she sustained neck pain after riding roller coaster. Further indicated that rough nature of ride caused lap bar to dig into her stomach causing bruising.
10-0818 Back The Voyage / Wooden Holiday World Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused back spasms after riding ride in middle row of train.
10-0813 Back Giant Dipper / Wooden Belmont Park Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused back spasms after he departed ride.
10-0812 Back / Dizziness / Headache Thunderhead / Wooden Dollywood Rider indicates that roughness of ride cause her upper back pain. Further indicated that after ride she felt dizzy and had a pounding headache.
10-0811 Back / Dizziness / Headache Boardwalk Bullet/Wooden Kemah Boardwalk Rider indicates rough nature of ride caused back pain. Dizziness and headache soon followed after rider says she was, "able to gather myself."
10-0810 Back and Neck The Roller Coaster at New York New York / Steel New York New York Hotel & Casino Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused back pain. Indicates neck became stiff after ride and attributes that to roughness of ride.
10-0809 Personal Safety The Roller Coaster at New York New York / Steel New York New York Hotel & Casino Rider indicates that several rowdy drunk guests boarded the ride and were allowed to by ride operators.
10-0808 Back and Neck The Roller Coaster at New York New York / Steel New York New York Hotel & Casino Rider indicates that despite keeping head back during ride they exited with neck and back pain. Indicated that ride felt like, "driving through a series of pot holes."
10-0804 Ear, Neck, Leg pain Batman - The Ride / Inverted Six Flags Magic Mountain Rider indicates rough nature of ride caused him to bang his ears repeatedly into the restraint. Indicates when they got off of ride had a stiff neck and leg pain due to restraint pushing into quad area of his legs.
10-0803 Stomach,  Contusion, Vomit Indiana Jones / Dark Ride Disneyland Rider indicates rough nature of ride caused seatbelt to grind into her stomach repeatedly -- which caused stomach pain, bruising and vomiting after leaving ride platform.
10-0802 Neck Top Thrill Dragster / Launch Cedar Point Rider failed to keep head back during launch.
10-0730 Black Out Tatsu / Flyer Six Flags Magic Mountain Rider indicates that she blacked after going through pretzel look portion of ride.
10-0729 Neck Storm Runner / Launch Hershey Park Rider failed to keep head back during launch.
10-0728 Neck Xcelerator / Launch Knott's Berry Farm Rider failed to keep head back during launch.
10-0727 Misc. N/A Disney's California Adventure - California Consumer indicated that employee could not provide her with information on how to get to first aid station. Guest indicated she needed to get to first aid station due to headache.
10-0726 Back/Neck Boss / Wooden Six Flags St Louis Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused neck and back pain. Went on to indicate that neck pain was mainly due his head being whipped around by the ride. Back pain, he indicated, was due what he described as, "the bumps of the ride running up my back."
10-0725 Back The Beast / Wooden Kings Island - Ohio Rider indicated that rough nature of ride caused back pain. Indicated that he was sitting in very first car of train on the right side.
10-0720 Heat Related N/A N/A A wide range of consumer issues involving heat exhaustion and dehydration during the 3rd week of July.
10-0712 Back/Neck Gwazi / Wooden Busch Gardens - Tampa Rider indicates that rough nature of this ride caused back and neck pain. Further indicated that while on ride she had to dodge some type of projectile - which she believed could have been a cellular phone.
10-0704 Black Out Mission Space / Dark Ride Disney Epcot - Florida Rider indicated that during ride he blacked out. Rider failed to drink fluids prior to riding ride and was feeling light headed and thirsty before riding attraction.
10-0703 Loss of Feeling in Legs Talon / Inverted Dorney Park - Pennsylvania Rider indicates that she loss feeling in her legs after getting off of ride. Indicated that when checking her restraint - ride operator pushed it into her. Causing leg discomfort.
10-0702 Loss of Feeling in Legs Batman The Ride / Inverted Six Flags Great America - Illinois Rider indicates that after ride he had a hard time standing. Indicates both legs "fell asleep." Was assisted by friends so that he could sit down. Indicated feeling returned and did not have problem rest of his visit.
10-0701 Back/Neck Incredible Hulk / Steel Islands of Adventure Rider indicated that rough nature of ride caused neck and back pain. Indicates that during ride she heard her neck "pop" and then felt pain run down her back. Indicated that she has a stiff neck.
10-0630 Back Roar / Wooden Six Flags America - Maryland Male rider indicated that after getting off the ride, his back tighten up causing him to leave park early. Indicated that he had no previous back problems. Further indicated that while riding rough nature of ride made his back "pop" several times.
10-0627 Back Shivering Timbers / Wooden Michigan's Adventure Rider indicates while sitting in last row of train she felt her back tighten up. Indicates her back had various spasm around lower back. Further indicated pain may have been due to her bracing herself against rough nature of the ride.
10-0622 Back Simpsons Ride/ Motion Sim. Universal Studios Hollywood - California Rider indicates while holding his son back with his right arm he strained his back. Indicated he was holding his child back as she was moving forward, in his opinion, too hard during the ride.
10-0621 Head/Muffled Hearing Kong / SLC Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - California Rider indicates that the rough nature of the ride caused headache and muffled hearing. Indicated that during ride both her ears slammed hard, and repeatedly, into the restraint.
10-0619 Legs Flight Deck / Inverted California's Great America - California Rider indicates that after she got off of ride her legs felt as if they were, "asleep." Indicated that she had trouble standing and would later get calf cramps in both legs.
10-0618 Legs Batman The Ride / Inverted Six Flags Great Adventure - New Jersey Rider indicates that he failed to alert ride operator prior to dispatch of roller coaster train that restraint was too tight on his thighs. Later would develop back and blue in thigh area.
10-0617 Back Cyclone / Wooden Six Flags New England - Massachusetts Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused back spasms. Indicates he was sitting within middle of the roller coaster train.
10-0615 Back The Boss / Wooden Six Flags St. Louis - Missouri Rider indicates rough nature of the ride caused him back pain. Indicates that he was riding with his son and had his arm around his son to keep him from moving around due to the rough nature of the ride.
10-0614 Back Ghostrider / Wooden Knott's Berry Farm - California Rider indicates that the rough nature of this ride caused back pain and she had a hard time walking off the ride due to the back pain.
10-0613 Neck The Roller Coaster at New York New York / Steel New York New York Hotel and Casino - Nevada Rider indicates while sitting in the last row of this roller coaster, she sustained neck pain during ride. Pin pointed the pain occurring during the dive loop portion of the ride.
10-0612 Back / Neck The Roller Coaster at New York New York / Steel New York New York Hotel and Casino - Nevada Rider indicates rough nature of this ride caused back and neck pain. Indicates that he was sitting in the middle of the roller coaster train. Pin pointed the dive loop portion of the ride being the element that, "really made the pain unbearable."
10-0611 Back Mean Streak / Wooden Cedar Point - Ohio

Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused her back pain. Further went on to indicate that she was sitting in the middle of the roller coaster train. Back pain, she indicated, centered around the lower portion of her back.

10-0527 Motion Sickness Curse of Darkastle / Dark Ride Busch Gardens Williamsburg - Virginia

Rider indicates that during ride he became motion sick after putting 3-D glasses over his regular glasses.

10-0526 Loss of Feeling in Legs Batman / Inverted Six Flags St. Louis - Missouri

Rider indicates that she lost feeling in her legs during ride. Indicates she also had difficulty walking after ride, but ultimately felt better.

10-0525 Hearing Difficulty Kong / SLC Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - California

Rider indicates that rough nature of ride caused his head to move around violently. Rider indicates, however, that his ears never struck anything during ride.

10-0524 Black Out Tatsu / Flyer Six Flags Magic Mountain - California

Rider indicated that she blacked out during ride and does not remember roller coaster train pulling into the loading station.

10-0523 Black Out Great Nor'Easter/SLC Morey Piers - New Jersey

Rider indicates that during ride, she had her head slammed into the back of the seat, temporarily blacking out. Rider indicated that she attempted to keep her head back, however, was unable to do so due to the rough nature of the ride.

10-0522 Back and Neck Boardwalk Bullet/Wooden Kemah Boardwalk - Texas

Riders have made mention of back and neck pain associated with riding this roller coaster. These issues appear to be isolated towards riders sitting the last 2 rows of the roller coaster car.

10-0515 Slip and Fall Splash Mountain / Flume Disneyland - California

Riders have indicated when exiting their "logs" that ride operators are rushing them to hurry out as to cause themselves to stumble out - slipping and falling.

10-0510 Black Out Tatsu/Flyer Six Flags Magic Mountain - California

Riders blacking out during pretzel loop element portion of ride. Reporting consumers were all lying down within all areas of the roller coaster train.

10-0509 Black Out Intimidator 305/ Giga Kings Dominion - Virginia

Riders on ride blacked out due to a wide range of issues - those issue so far have been:

  • Rider failed to eat

  • Rider dehydrated

  • Rider had pre-existing high blood pressure.

Rider mentioned that ride caused back and neck pain due to rough turning and diving motions.
